The Three-Part Vision of Bear Creek Ranch

Bear Creek Ranch is the three-fold vision of a Retreat Center, Community Center, and Equipping Center founded by Tim and Katie Mather in 2007.

The Retreat Center
exists to provide a place to engage the brokenness of the saints through deliverance and inner healing retreats.
The Community Center exists to connect families, clans, tribes, and nations in order to heal relationships with self, with others, and with God.
The Equipping Center exists to raise up Servant Kings through practical equipping and coaching for healthy Kingdom living.

The Details

The Retreat Center

We have done deliverance in a wide variety of contexts, from one-on-one personal sessions in living rooms or church basements, to multiple teams doing more than one hundred forty sessions over three days.
All were effective in setting people free. However, nothing has produced as significant results as the retreat setting. The retreat provides a small group context that serves as a nest to facilitate the growth of newly-freed saints. There is a marinating process that happens all day on Friday, preparing the hearts and minds of the person to let the demons go. The importance of this time cannot be overemphasized. Deliverance, then, becomes relational. The debrief on Saturday afternoon is the core of the retreat, giving time for fresh understanding and light in the lives of people seeking the face of Father. By Sunday, they are ready for a wholeness and inner healing jumpstart, followed by several weeks of wholeness coaching.

The Equipping Center *Updated*

In order to equip and coach Servant Kings for healthy Kingdom living, we will offer three distinct courses:
The Online Classes – We will offer online classes in two forms:  Classes “At Your Own Pace” where you follow the lead of the content and “LIVE” classes where you join a weekly video classroom alongside other students. (Coming 2019)
The Boot Camps – We will offer weekend, week-long, or summer-long boot camps to provoke a transformation from the existing to the desired potential.
The One-Year Residence Program – Students will live at the Ranch, participate in live classes, and walk alongside the ministry teams of the retreats and onsite staff.

The Community Center *New*

Researching life among the Israelites, we discover that while there is a personal walk with the Lord, daily life was lived in the context of family. From time to time, the families joined together as clans. Even more rarely, the clans came together as tribes. And only for very unusual circumstances did the entire nation gather together. (Joshua 7:14-15) This is Father’s concept for life in the Kingdom as well. Each Saint has a personal relationship with Father and pursues Him individually. But when isolation is the norm, Saints soon become unhealthy.
The family (by blood or by choice) is the daily life atmosphere for life in the Kingdom. Interacting in these relationships provides safety and security as one serves the other watching our blind spots.
The clan is the model of what we might call our extended family. Often small house groups serve as the context for clan gatherings. The clan should come together in community once a month or several times a month.
The tribe only gathers periodically to worship and fellowship. This is the context of a BCR conference. People from around the world come to our conferences, each bringing their diverse culture, thinking, and worldview to create a glorious koinonia of Father’s presence.
The Community Center exists to connect the Saints to each other. Not to gather members into any sort of club or organization, but to open a door to find other Saints who have been through deliverance and are walking out their wholeness journey. Our mission is to provide a way for families (by blood or by choice) to connect, clans (the extended families) and a conference to gather the tribe together.
1.      Small Groups: As folks come through deliverance we encourage the connection of individuals through our small group coaching program. (Coming 2019)
2.      Facebook Groups: In order to connect families, clans, and tribes we are creating city or state Facebook Groups for those who have been through deliverance to find each other. Join a group now.
3.      The Rendezvous: The yearly gathering of the nation is a yearly conference hosted by Bear Creek Ranch to celebrate and worship our King of kings, and fellowship with the diverse Kingdom of Light.
